Rights To Suspend or Terminate You agree that Flatsigned.com Inc., or its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, "Flatsigned"), in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or other service provided herein immediately and without notice for any reason whatsoever. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that Flatsigned reserves the right to suspend your account and/or listing without notice for any reason whatsoever in Flatsigned's sole discretion. Any violation of any term or condition contained herein may result in the termination of your account with Flatsigned. Finally, you acknowledge and agree that any and all auctions listed on this site may be subject to a reserve auction price set by either the listing party or Flatsigned and that the listing party or Flatsigned reserves the right to terminate, without notice, any auction that does not meet this reserve price, including cases where the auction has closed without reaching the reserve price. In the event you place a winning bid on an auction, payment is due within ten (10) days following the close of the auction. If you fail to pay within this ten (10) day period, then your winning bid is also subject to an additional $25.00 late fee and subject to the highest interest rate allowed by applicable law. You and Flatsigned acknowledge and agree that Flatsigned's damages in the event you fail to pay an amount owed in a timely manner will be hard to ascertain and that the $25.00 late penalty represents a good faith estimate of Flatsigned's costs in processing your late payment. Additionally, if you fail to pay any amount owed when due, you agree that Flatsigned may impose an additional fee equal to the actual reasonable fees Flatsigned incurs from attorneys, collection agencies, and other third party professionals in attempting to collect the amount you owe.
